GUEST: Restarting the ide after installing the team server

GUEST: I configured Bugzilla url and it successfully enlisted one NEW bug.  when i double clicked on the bug (the only row in a grid) it produced exception.  on restarting netbeans this exception was still being reported.

ME SDK supports only Windows platform.
So, it ME SDK plugins installation should be blocked on non-Windows platform.

For NetwBeans early than version 7.2, please just uninstall these plugins as a workaround.

Plugins with fix are delivered to NetBeans releng for publishing

Will be integrated together with next ME SDK version into NB 7.2.2 and NB 7.3
