The Ant manual (not And module docs) needs to be edited to meet a11y guidelines 
and use the IDE's CSS.

commited to trunk, will check out in tomorrow's dev build 
before committing to orion_fcs next week.

For some reason the ant docs aren't picking up the central 
ide.css. Jesse, do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong 
here?
