In profiler we use various copy/paste heuristics to obtain the information about a project's current java platform. We need this information to choose the correct profiler agent library to use when starting the project for profiling.

Right now we are experiencing curious situations, caused by failing heuristics, when the profiler tries to persuade a user to choose a java platform even though a valid one had already been selected for the project.

Not planed for 7.2 as no api users exist in it.
Planning for NB 7.3.
