Information dialog when there are no deleted files.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201203071105)
Java: 1.6.0_31; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 20.6-b01
System: Linux version 3.0.0-12-generic running on i386; UTF-8; cs_CZ (nb)
User directory: /home/cesilko/.netbeans/dev
Cache directory: /home/cesilko/.cache/netbeans/dev

Description:
============
When there are no deleted files in a folder the "Select files" dialog has several usability issues. It's layout is bad (too high, small width). The information text looks like disabled which gives impression it's invalid. And finally it has "Cancel" button which is non-sense. See attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Via "File > New Project..." create a new AnagramGame sample Java project.
2. Right click the project node "AnagramGame"
3. Invoke "History > Revert Deleted" action from popup menu.
4. The ugly dialog shows up.
