Test failures.

As reported in bug 208445 org.netbeans.modules.uihandler.InstallerTest is failing on Mac with JDK7u4. Please, evaluate and possibly fix it.

Please evaluate ASAP, escalated by JDK team ... we need to know whether it's a random failuer, issue in test or problem in JDK.

According to issue #208451 there are no mnemonics on Mac.
Therefore the test needs to be adjusted for Mac.
