P2: because for ClearCase it means such a file will be checked-out and for Subversion with lock support such a file will get a lock Well, CC support seems not to provide annotations/blame so this issue is not that hot. Can this be included in 7.1 patch 1? verified in trunk Integrated into 'releases', will be available in build *201202102200* or newer. Wait for official and publicly available build.
