On https://bugzilla.mozilla.org I have seen, they display the summary of the
bug report on mouse hoover over a "bug xxxxx" link in comments as tool tip.
Can this feature be established for NetBeans bugzilla?

Oops, now it works for me at Firefox 8.
Must be new feature.
It still doesn't work on ThunderBrowse addon for Thunderbird 8 which is stated to use the same gecko rendering machine.
