The "Finish debugging" step in the "Operations (Ant)" test suite
(http://wiki.netbeans.org/TS_68_Debugger_Sanity#Test_suite:_Operations_.28Ant.29
) fails if it's executed as soon as the ide starts: the target run is executed
anyway. Repeating the test succeeds until the ide is restarted.
