[ BUILD # : 7.1beta ]
[ JDK VERSION : 1.7 ]

when user creates a server entry for a remote instance, and that remote server
has ssh security enabled, NetBeans prompts for the user/password on that remote
instance each and every time the ide is started.

can we not have an option to store the name/password so that having to supply
the details every time can be avoided?

as long as users agree, there's no reason not to store the password (or even
encrypt it into a keystore of some kind perhaps)?

how about this one guys? this is such a pain to have to re-enter a user id every time the ide starts up because of having a remote glassfish instance registered that needs user credentials supplied!
