Current behavior : When the user clicks on a MultiView tab other than the one they're currently interacting with, the window system faithfully switches to the new tab.

Problem : The user may have incomplete edits in the current window/tab. The current tab needs to veto the view change and notify the user to finish their edits first.

Suggested change :  Add a "canChangeView()" method of some sort to the process.
