I do not see this as defect. Find/Replace is in the Editor. Over filesystems there are several types of Find action. I think that there should be some discussion for which of these types will be Replace action suitable too. Changing to enhancement and ccing UI team. could i get some more details about where 'there is a find but no replace'? kinda hard to put a context around this without more information. thanks, cL Find in Files is handled by the utilities module. The Search API is in openidex and does not currently support replacing that I know of. This is a substantial feature request that needs to be planned. Also this issue may be a duplicate, maybe someone working on utilities module knows more. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 10021 *** |
