Exception windows

We have configured our JIRA not to accept issues with empty summaries.

Now when I am trying to submit with the JIRA plugin an issue with an empty message then I receive the execption window as on the attached screenshot. To me - albeit correct - this message seems a bit "scary" and perhaps misleading ("Service unavailable").

So it would be nice in such case just to show you the "real error message" ("You must specify a summary when creating an issue.") ...and perhaps add a "Details..." button which would open a window with a stack trace of the actual error.
