As a new user, I expected this feature. I had a snippet for Joda-Time dependency on clipboard. I was surprised the "Add Dependency" dialog did not detect it. I was further surprised to not find any kind of "Paste snippet" button or feature. This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue. Thanks for your cooperation, NetBeans IDE 8.2 Release Boss |
