[nb_main-trunk](200201310331), [jdk1.4](91) & [jdk1.3.1](02)

Steps to reproduce:
- customize bean 
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=4526

-> property p_elementFormat has value = java.lang.NullPointerException !
- try to open Customizer for this property
-> NullPointerException arise(attachment)
