The current API doesn't allow to call LibrariesCustomizer.showCreateNewLibraryCustomizer with pre-filled prefered library name. Would be possible to improve that?

In NB71 I will ask user for creating i.e. "RichFaces4" (and few another ones) library so I would prefer to pre-fill him the "Create New Library" panel.

I'm attaching some patch where it's done but feel free to redone it or throw it out. It can at least help to specify what I would need. :)

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
