The Run Configurations dialog is very difficult to use when the arguments string is very long.  I have to scroll the bottom of the dialog to see the various buttons that are needed to operate the dialog.  I think that the dialog itself should not scroll, and that the various input fields should be changed to text areas.

Looks like a Java SE project issue.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
