the browser links on the opening screen "Learn & Discover" seem to be broken

when the initial configuration did not work, I manually configured through Tools -> Options, set to no proxy, and one by one select each of my three installed browsers, Chrome, IE and FireFox.  Still could not connect to "Take a Tour", "What's New", or "Community Corner"
