issues:
1. when I click Tools menu, it should list its menu items, but actually on my laptop, netbeans 7.0 lists only when I keep pressing down left button.

2. If I keep pressing, then I can choose menu items. But the mouse cursor is not pointed to the right coordinate. For example, the mouse cursor should be located at [20,30], but actually at [30,50]

Please kindly note that netbeans 6.8/6.9 is working fine on gnome3.
