We took the plugin that supports GF 2.x and older releases out of the 7.0 builds and moved it onto the update center.

Folks may not realize this and encounter issue 197388 when they try to use the GF 3.x registration wizard against a GF 2.x server install.

The respective note is already in the RNs starting from the NB 7.0 Beta 2 release, if I am not mistaken (http://netbeans.org/community/releases/70/relnotes.html#deprecated).
Please let me know if it reads unclear.
