If project encoding UTF-8 and Language Russian whilst debugging all Variable values are unreadable, not displayed as Russian, but like that 
–∏–Ω—Ç–µ—Ä–Ω–µ—Ç –º–∞–≥–∞–∑–∏–Ω –ø–æ–¥–∞—Ä–∫–æ–≤,–º–∞–≥–∞–∑–∏–Ω –ø–æ–¥–∞—Ä–∫–æ–≤,–ø–æ–¥–∞—Ä–∫–æ–≤,

guess this is a bug.

It seems to be connected with bug http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=144548 and if so, it should be fixed in last dev...can you confirm that it works in last dev version? Thanks.

OK thanks, Ondřej, NB 7.0 DEV  is working fine, this bug can be closed.
