In work process - will situation when system language in tray work ok, but in IDE not change, will fixed 1 language (((

Could you please describe the problem in details ? Expect your OS is localized in your language (Russian?), if so you have the problem to not show IDE in Russian - Am I correct ? Is this the problem you are reporting ?
