Given the tools available on http://axis.apache.org/axis2/java/core/tools/ it should not be difficult to support Axis2 web services in Maven projects.
However, the Axis2 functionality in Netbeans only allows doing this in Ant-based projects! This makes it more difficult for me to develop web services in Netbeans than it should be.

Reassigning to Web Services component - at least from the description I assume that this is in your module denis. Feel free to reassign it back if I'm wrong.

Axis2 is no longer supported.
There is a plugin on plugins portal but probably it is just for 
Ant based projects.
Anyway this functionality is not under development and any Axis2 realted bugs 
will not be fixed.
