In order to open some project - I need to open ide, find the project, wait till all the rest projects i do not need no will be scanned, and only then, i get in touch with the desired one.

Why not to use some project file as a starter passport for any project. Imagine how great it would be, just to double click at SomeCoolApp.nbp and ide opens the project immediatelly. I don't have to open, don't have to find the project through my filesystem and don't have to wait till the last working projects, which I forgot to close, are to be scanned up.
