Product Version = NetBeans IDE 6.9 (Build 201006101454)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.5.8 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.6.0_20
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 16.3-b01-279

Steps to reproduce:
-log in to kenai.com in NetBeans
-set chat window to be in sliding mode (invoke popup and select Minimize Window)
-ask someone on kenai to send a message to you
-when the message arrives the bubble appears and contains link "read it"
-click on this link
-->nothing happens
All works fine in case that the Chat window is in normal mode.
