Project created by D-n-D has wrong "Build->Make" properties.
Actual:
- working directory contains binary file directory
Expected:
- parent folder with the most relevant make file
- put possible configure script into "Important Files" logical folder. It allow user reconfigure project.

Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *201009040000* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress)
