When you create a test using the wizard, the first page has a Back button which is enabled.
If you click Back, you go to the Choose Template panel, which you have not seen before.  The C/C++
test templates are shown.  The Help button is enabled, but there's no help for this page so it shows the
generic page "This window contains the master set of all installed documentation.."

I think we either need a help page for this button, or we need to prevent the user from going backward
in the wizard to a place before the first page that the user saw.  If there is another way to get to this Choose Template panel, then we need a help page.  You can get to a similar wizard page if you create a new file and select C/C++ Test node, but there the Help button is not enabled.
