It is better to add a "open terminal" action(may be in the "Tool" submenu) when right click on a project node.
An additonal limit to normal open operation, in such scenario, open and enter the project top folder.
Because many framework provide a scaffold tool(eg, Spring roo, CakePHP ect) and execute command in the project top folder.
