I am currently develop a plattform application for mac/windows. 

The actual toolbar of NB 6.8 does not include the ability to display a text under each toolbar icon. This text should not only be visible on mac, also on other platforms. 

Generally speaking I need a switch for showing under each toolbar icon a text centered under the symbol. The shadow is under mac in the icon rather than separated under each icon as it is now. But many application under mac does not have a shadow anymore (e.g. iPhoto).

Summ up:
- Switch of the shadow under OSX
- add the ability to display icon&text in toolbars for all platforms

A secound feature request would be to place an icon in the toolbar not only to the right or to the left but also in the center of the toolbar.
