I have installed the following pluggins into NetBeans 6.8.
- Java Web Applications
- Sun Java System Web Server 7.0
- Identity Management
- SOAP Web Services 
- Sun Java System Web Server 7.0 

Running the application works well , but trying to debug fails as given in the attachment.
