[nb_beta6](200111271845), [jdk1.4](87)

Steps to reproduce:
- mount some filesystems ( jar, vcs, local directory)
- select Filesystems noe in Explorer, push Customize
- In Customizer select mounted local directory, push "Move Up"
-> order of mounted filesystems is : 1. jar ; 2. local directory ; 3.vcs
- push Close
-> in Explorer is shown order 1. jar ; 2. vcs ; 3. local directory !!!
- select vcs
-> now is vcs filesystem node replaced by local directory node
- select last filesystem node "local directory"
-> now is local direcotry node replaced by vcs node

I have tested it on Feb26 dev build (jdk1.4b92) it works for me. If
I'm not wrong it is fixed already.
