If the user creates two NM Properties from the NM Property dialog with the exact same name:
a) The second instances of the property is not created (I think correctly)
b) No warning message is presented
c) The right click "Delete NM Property" feature disappears for this NM Property
d) The NM Property cannot be deleted from the Mapper
