The XML Schema import capability is very slow.

Steps to reproduce:-
------------------
1. Create a BPEL project.
2. Add DBBC wsdl. XSD will be generated.
3. Now start a SOAP wsdl and try to add this xsd in message part - Part1.

Expected result:-
---------------
1. XSD's should appear in no time as it was with Netbeans 6.5.

Actual Result:-
-------------
1. XSD's appear after a delay of few minutes. It looks like a performance issue with Netbeans 6.7.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
