In some cases, the default generic CSL navigator is not enough. Sometimes the CSL based language may want to provide its own navigator implementation, but also do not want to implement all the stuff related to the direct implementation of navigator API.  Some simplified version would be nice. Suggestion of the technical solution is TBD.
