It would be a very nice accessibility feature, for those among us who have a poorer eyesight and not only for them, to have dynamic font sizes in the editor.
What I mean by dynamic font sizes in the editor is something like is implemented in the Output window as Larger font/Smaller font/Choose font option in the context menu.
It would be very useful to be able to modify the current font size using a shortcuts/shortcuts or the mouse wheel like in Geany (a small general purpose programmers editor, where you can increase or decrease the size of the current font size either by activating a keyboard shortcut or by spinning the mouse wheel). This setting should also be persistent.
Also it would be very useful, IMHO, to have an option in the editors context menu that would allow to set the current font for the editor without the need to make a trip to Tools->Options->Font&Colors (the same should be true for the setting of the current font size).

As we keep fighting with context menu not to be overcrowded we will not make any extra context menu items.
However issue #41807 (zooming by Ctrl+Wheel) is now implemented so hopefully it will satisfy your request.
