[dev nov 12] Ctrl-5 opens & focuses Debugger View if it is not already
open. But when it is already open, e.g. on Debugging workspace, it
does nothing. This is inconsistent with the behavior of Ctrl-2,
Ctrl-3, etc. Also it would be nice to have keyboard focus within that
window (though it does not work so well anyway).

Verified in Netbeans release 3.3.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
