At present, once a Swing component has been loaded into the form designer, any changes made to the component - such as
new / changed properties - will not be reloaded until Netbeans is restarted. It would be very useful to provide a
facility to clear any Swing/Javabeans definitions held in memory and force them to be reloaded.
