The full (with FX) zip distribution should be now netbeans-trunk-nightly-<buildnumber>.zip, not netbeans-trunk-nightly- <buildnumber>-javafx-full.zip (according to the latest 6.8 Beta checklist). No idea about the all w/o FX - likely we don`t need it any more. must be fixed for 6.8 Looking into that second time I have feeling that my original proposal was not the best one. Since FX SDK is platform dependent, and thus whole JavaFX as well, then I see no reason to put it "OS Independent Zip". So I would fix the d/l page by excluding JavaFX from "All" zip. Integrated into 'main-golden', will be available in build *200911231619* on http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/nightly/ (upload may still be in progress) Changeset: http://hg.netbeans.org/main/rev/0c1683d9ff38 User: Dmitry Lipin <dlipin@netbeans.org> Log: Issue #175358 Information about all-in-one zip download on the download page is incorrect Verified - JavaFX is excluded if "OS Independent Zip" is selected. This works for nightly builds 2009-11-24 and 2009-11-25. However, in latest build (11-26) JavaFX is not mentioned at all, no matter what platform is selected. |
