Java:
java version "1.6.0_16"

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 14.2-b01, mixed mode)

Step:
1. Start NetBeans 6.8.
2. Login in kenai.com.
3. The green icon occurs on the status bar. Right click the icon, the popup menu is not above the icon, but display blow
the icon.

A standard popup menu is used there and thus it displays on a popup menu position - this could certainly be enhanced.

But if you maximize the windows to full screen, the popup menu is outside of screen.
