If a script copies a source root or a build product, that may be relevant. If src/ is copied to build/src/, treat
<javac> on build/src/ as using src/ as source root (perhaps). If build/classes/ is copied to build/classes2/, treat them
both as build products. Some projects would benefit from this kind of analysis.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
