If a directory is created during the build, it is likely a build product; return UNSHARABLE from
SharabilityQueryImplementation, and perhaps also do something with SearchInfo.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
