The handling of changes to an archive and FXD document is not kept separate. Steps to reproduce:
  1) Change the archive (e.g. add or remove file) -> the file is marked as modified
  2) Do some change(s) in the FXD source
  3) Undo all the changes in the FXD -> the file appers as not modified, which is wrong since the archive is still modifie

Closing all bugs filed against JavaFX 1.x as wontfix. We will support JavaFX 2.0 - please keep opened only bugs against the new release. Thanks.
