reassigning to Robert Novak, who is autoupdate maintainer Target milestone -> 3.3.1. Target milestone was changed from '3.4' to TBD. I think this is already true of dev builds? I.e. you can easily retrieve current versions of all modules (in the distro as well as many others) from the alpha server. I would also agree that this is possible now. We are just missing clearly defined process how to add/remove module to be on alpha/daily AU centre. To add the module to Alpha AU I propose to ask for following questions first: 1/ Is it possible to build it? 2/ Does this module do at least something? 3/ Isn't there any legal problem to distribute it? 4/ Is the module category consistent with release modules categorization? AU masters (aumasters@netbeans.org) team should be able to make the decision then. IMHO It's not planned to future to expose daily NBMs on dev update center. Close as WONTFIX. If I'm wrong, please reopen and justify. Thanks Uh, is this really true? Who knows about this? |
