 - Plain JAR Files
 - JAR Files with .exp files
 - Classic Library Projects
 - Classic Applet Projects
 - Extension Library Projects
 - Java Card Web Projects
 - Extended Applet Projects
 - Other JAR files

UI/IDE (but not build script) support fixed by changesets

Should not have closed umbrella issue;  design-time support for these libraries is now in place in javacard projects; 
build script support is pending.  Will create separate issues blocking this one for those two aspects.
