When user create UML project in Windows environment and then transfer the project to Linux (and vice versa) the encoding
of UML elements with accented characters (comments, name of use cases etc.) is encoded incorrectly.  

Using Windows XP Professional Polish and Ubuntu 9.04 with Polish language (encoding pl_PL.UTF-8)
