just created web project is froxen by add/remove library.

it works nice for j2se and ejb modules, but for web project:
1. create web project
2. add 4 first libraries from libraries list
problems may start now, if not
3. remove these liubraries with remove context menu
problems may start now, if not
if not just one more repeat of 2,3 and ide will be blocked for at least 30 second up to more then 30 minutes (killed then)

after restart I can add/remove libraries to the same project with appropriate perfomance
