Qt framework can generate a cocoa application with the .app structure. But NetBeans can't launch *.app applications
("open -a application.app" command). Therefore this option is switched off in NetBeans 6.7 and latest developer builds.
We should to recognize such directories (*.app) and launch it if cocoa application with the .app structure is generated
by framework.

Sounds like enhancement to me.
