Hi,

would be great if we could fold if-else, try-catch blocks too. Sometimes functions are quite big and such a feature would 
be helpful for better code inspecting.

not only applicable to PHP, but also to Java and maybe others; changed product to 'editor'.

FYI: this 'feature' is known in other tools as multi level folding.
