New WSDL wizard doesn't store abstract configuration step values.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Invoke New File action
2. Choose XML - WSDL Document, press next
3. Select "Concrete WSDL Document" and select SOAP Document Literal Binding, press next
4. Do some changes e.g.:, change PortType name, input and output message names...
5.press next, if message types are of xsd type then See error - "Per WS-I basic profile rule R2204, a document literal
binding must only use wsdl:part element(s) that have been defined using the element attribute."
6. press back, press back
7. select SOAP RPC literal binding, press next 
8. See there are default values for the wsdl abstract configuration.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
