One can start IDE, modules are loaded, but when the main IDE window appears, it is transparent at first and then - it 
ispossible to draw over it with any other window, the contend of IDE window is not shown and it is completely inactive 
as well. There is not possible to detect which plugin caused the problem.

There is messages.log (some small portions with personal information can be deleted) is attached

Something is broken with your installation. Unfortunately it is not obvious from the messages log. Closing as works for me.

According to your comments in the mailing list archive your system changed a lot since your last usage of NetBeans. I
recommend that you uninstall NetBeans and Java, remove the userdir at <yourhomedir>/.netbeans/6.5, and do fresh install
of Java and NetBeans.
