Description Jiri Kovalsky 2001-10-01 16:35:35 UTC
Development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200110010100 on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3.1

Description:
============
Importing project from NetBeans 3.2.1. with some mounted CVS filesystem using
Built-in Client causes that this filesystem is not mounted and user has to do
it manually. This is in fact loss of settings. Please fix this issue as soon as
possible since this avoids beta release of NetBeans 3.3.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Launch NetBeans 3.2.1 with brand new user directory and mount CVS filesystem
   using Built-in Client.
2. Close the IDE and start the latest development build of NetBeans 3.3.
3. Using "Project Manager" import the project from 3.2.1 created in steps above.
4. After the import is done there should be no CVS filesystem mounted.

should be fixed in 3/Oct/2001 build, please test it ASAP and don't
hesitate to call me in case of finding problems, Jirka

(No explicit import should be nessesary, just set your userdir to the
userdir of the 3.2.1 version)
Comment 2 Jiri Kovalsky 2001-10-03 09:18:16 UTC
Cool, it works fine. I tried import of project as well as to point to
my old 3.2.1 user directory. Both ways brought me CVS filesystem and
its settings were also correct. I consider it as fixed.
Verified in development build of NetBeans 3.3 #200110030100.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
